1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Money Games platform at moneygames.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and Money Games. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Money Games. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You must not register using a false identity, someone else's personal details, or any information intended to deceive.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Money Games — including deposits, account balances, bets and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers in PKR
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Other mobile wallets — as listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction

Money Games does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Deposits are credited to your gaming account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Money Games balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered under your account.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Withdrawals via Raast or bank transfer are typically processed within one to three business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Money Games does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side. Your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If a bonus balance is active, any applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Money Games offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions, which will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Money Games — whether on slots, live casino tables, sports events including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, football or esports — are governed by the specific rules of each game or market, in addition to these general terms.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the relevant game or market rules explicitly permit it.
• In the event of a technical failure or error during a game, Money Games reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts . The decision of Money Games in such cases is final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. In cricket, this includes DLS method outcomes, match abandonment rules and super over results for T20 matches including PSL fixtures.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and market suspension rules. Bets placed after an event outcome is known — due to latency or other reasons — will be voided.
• Money Games reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software for slots and table games. RTP percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity documents
• Collusion, match-fixing awareness or any form of cheating in gaming or betting
• Breach of any other provision within these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable investigation is concluded, unless legally required to be held.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. If a self-exclusion is in place, account reactivation requests will be subject to a cooling-off assessment.

10 Privacy & Data
